Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Four 10-hour shifts)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations, supervise team members, and uphold standards for safety, efficiency, and product quality. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader with a background in food production or manufacturing and a strong commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise day-to-day operations of the production floor.
• Train, coach, and mentor production staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards (HACCP, FDA, internal protocols).
• Coordinate production schedules, minimize waste, and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks and troubleshoot production issues in real time.
• Maintain accurate records, including production logs, batch sheets, and sanitation checklists.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, maintenance, and logistics.
• Enforce and promote workplace safety, cleanliness, and team accountability.
Qualifications:
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in food production or dairy processing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, FDA regulations, and sanitation best practices.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• High school diploma or GED required; degree in Food Science, Agriculture, or related field preferred.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for quality, safety, and team development.
