Production Control Coordinator

Canton Mancan Professional Staffing Agency is assisting a local company in hiring a Bilingual Production Coordinator for a 2nd shift position.
This role supports production tracking and employee communication in a heavy industrial, forge shop environment.
The work area is very loud, dirty, and industrial, with a mix of plant office duties and occasional floor presence for translations.
Position Details:
Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:20pm – 1:20am
Monday–Thursday; occasional overtime on Fridays
Pay: $18.00–$22.00/hr.
Training: Must be able to train on 1st shift for a few weeks before transitioning to 2nd shift
Key Responsibilities:
Track and record production work for multiple crews, with attention to timing and task-specific pay rates
Perform Spanish-English verbal and written translations as needed on the production floor and in the office
Maintain accurate handwritten records and complete data entry tasks in Excel
Generate reports and assist with production and pay-related documentation
Support incentive pay systems and production data processes
Requirements:
Fluency in both Spanish and English (verbal, written, reading),
Microsoft Excel proficiency (data entry, basic formulas, sorting)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Comfortable working in a loud, dirty, industrial manufacturing environment
Reliable and able to pass a drug screen and background check
