**Job Title: Warehouse Inventory & Materials Handler**
**Overview:**
Responsible for maintaining the flow of materials and finished products through the facility by efficiently pulling orders, delivering production materials, staging shipments, and ensuring inventory accuracy. This role plays a key part in both production and distribution operations.
**Shift Mon-Fri 6a-230p must be able to work overtime when needed.
**Pay- $17.50
**Essential Job Functions:**
- Maintain accurate inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies into stock.
- Organize and maintain all raw material and finished goods storage areas for easy access and safety.
- Operate a forklift as required for material movement.
- Ensure clean and safe floor conditions in all warehouse and storage areas.
- Track inventory accuracy for both raw materials and finished goods through proper documentation and system transactions.
- Conduct regular cycle counts of finished goods to verify inventory levels.
- Prepare products for shipment by identifying, pulling, packing, loading, and securing stock.
- Support the team by completing tasks that contribute to shared goals.
- Generate and apply appropriate labeling for inbound materials and finished goods.
- Collaborate with production to ensure products are accurately identified for customer orders and stock.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Skills/Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2–4 years of related warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills with sound judgment and decision-making ability.
- Current forklift operator certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to work well within a team.
