General Laborers – 2nd Shift
📍 *Location: Fairview, PA
🕒 Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 4:30 PM – 2:30 AM
We’re currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Laborers to join our 2nd shift team in Fairview, PA. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and are looking to grow within a supportive team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and mask large metal parts (up to 10 ft in length) to protect specific areas from powder coating.
- Collaborate with team members to safely move and stack long components for the coating process.
- Ensure all parts are handled with care and meet quality standards prior to coating.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally and 15 lbs regularly.
- Team-oriented with strong communication and coordination skills.
- Forklift experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in painting or powder coating is a major advantage.
- Supervisory experience is a bonus, as this role could lead to advancement opportunities for the right candidate.
