Parkersburg Mancan is searching for a WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR in BELPRE
Pay is $24.00 an hr.
Schedule varies based on needs but usually is from 6am or 7am to 3pm or 4 pm Monday - Friday. Weekends is mostly on call if needed.
Searching for an experienced warehouse supervisor that will be overseeing a team of 13 employees. That will ensures daily operations run smoothly by coordinating tasks, monitoring productivity, and maintaining safety standards. They provide leadership, training, and support to their team to meet organizational goals and maintain efficiency.
- Manage Personnel Payroll & Punches .
- Manage and oversee everyday operations for 13 employees.
- Coordinate the employees regarding shipping of material.
- Coordinate the number of drivers needed daily to shuttle material to warehouses.
- Weekly call every Thursday at 10:30am to discuss upcoming production and weekend shipping plans.
- Monthly safety training for yourself and employees.
- Filling of all Bill of Ladings.
- Perform monthly fire extinguisher/eye wash inspections.
- Coordinate with Equipment regarding repairs needed for power equipment.
- Inventory of all forklift inspection sheets daily.
- Cleaning logs up to date and being completed daily.
- Keeping the shift roster up to date.
- Work with site manager regarding any safety accidents.
- Email EOM forklift hours for review
- Email EOM hours for review
- Incentive Program emailed at EOM each quarter for review.

- Coordinate the pick-up of used cardboard.
