Mancan is partnering with a Cranesville, PA facility looking for a hands-on Supervisor to assist in their corrugated packaging operation! We need someone who’s not afraid to lead by example and keep production running smoothly. 👷♂️📦
🔧 Job Responsibilities:
✔️ Oversee daily operations on the floor
✔️ Assist team with production needs
✔️ Ensure quality and safety standards are met
✔️ Communicate with management and team members
🎯 Requirements:
🔹 Prior supervising or lead experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
🔹 Strong communication and leadership skills
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
