**Grinder Operator – $19/hour – Canonsburg, PA**
**Mancan Staffing** is hiring a **Grinder Operator** for a reputable manufacturing facility in **Canonsburg, PA**! This is a **temp-to-perm** opportunity for reliable and motivated individuals looking to grow with a great company.
**Job Duties:**
- Operate a high-speed hand grinder to blend corners of welded steel enclosures and cabinets to create a seamless finish.
- Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Assist with general labor duties as needed throughout the facility.
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Use measuring tools and perform basic shop math.
**Schedule:**
- **Swing Shift**: Alternating weekly between
- **1st Shift**: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- **2nd Shift**: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
- Must be willing and available for **overtime** as needed.
**Pay Rate:** $19.00/hour
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience with grinders or in a metal fabrication environment is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physically able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in a team and adapt to different job duties.
