Zanesville Mancan is looking for an experienced Screen-Printing Supervisor
💲 $25–$30/hr. (based on experience) | 📍 Full-Time, 40+ hrs./week
We’re looking for a seasoned screen-printing pro with at least 3 years of hands-on press experience and 4+ years of team leadership in a fast-paced production or warehouse setting. You’ll operate and oversee screen-printing presses, ensure top-notch quality, troubleshoot equipment, and keep your team motivated and on task.
You should bring:
✔️ Expertise in screen-printing operations (manual & automatic presses)
✔️ Experience managing print workflows, troubleshooting, and press setups
✔️ Strong leadership, communication, and team motivation skills
✔️ A quality-driven, problem-solving mindset
✔️ Basic math skills + ability to interpret work orders and specs
Bonus points if you treat misprints like personal insults.
