Groundskeepers are responsible for maintaining the landscape, raking straw, power washing, picking up trash/debris and genereal maintenance activities. Essential duties include removing weeds, trimming shrubs, planting new greenery. Ensuring walkways remain clear is another important task. Pay starts at $13.00 per hour.
Requirements:
-Must be 21 or older.
-Maintain a valid driver's license.
-Ability to sitting/standing, lifting, kneeling, bending, walking/stretching, pushing/pulling, climbing/reaching for extended periods of time.
-Lift up to 50 lbs.
-Candidates must be able to pass a premployment background and drug testing.
-Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
-Ability to work with others as a team.
