**Foundry Laborer / Typeset Position in Marietta, OH**
Mancan Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of Foundry Laborer at a local company in Marietta, OH.
**Position:** Foundry Laborer / Typeset
**Location:** Marietta, OH
**Hours:** Monday-Friday, 6:45 am - 3:15 pm
**Pay:** $12 per hour
**Compensation and Bonus Structure:**
- **Weekly Attendance Bonus:** $50 for perfect attendance each week
- **Monthly Attendance Bonus:** $500 for perfect attendance throughout the month
- **Monthly Production Bonus:** Based on plant performance goals, with an average payout of around $525
**Requirements:**
- Ability to work in hot, fast-paced environments
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Commitment to punctuality and maintaining excellent attendance
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to read a ruler and tape measurer
- Spelling and grammar literate
- Ability to work in a quiet environment
- Setting and placing letters accordingly
- Must be reliable
- Must have reliable transportation
