⏰ Shifts: Must be flexible with shift scheduling & overtime. Rotating Monday-Friday 7am-3pm and 9am-5pm. This is a direct hire position.
💵 Pay: $16-18/HR, Based on experience – opportunities for frequent raises!

We're hiring Machine Operators to run and set up Cold Heading Machines at a well-established, employee-owned manufacturing facility that’s been a leader in custom fastener production for over 100 years.

🧰 What You’ll Do:
Set up and operate multiple cold-heading machines 🏭
Read and interpret blueprints 📘
Measure and inspect parts using precision tools 🧪
Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues with support from Engineering & Management ⚙️
Maintain quality standards and ensure proper tooling 🔍
✅ What We’re Looking For:
High school diploma or GED 🎓
Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills ➕➖
Ability to lift heavy materials 💪
Experience with tools, machinery, and blueprint reading 🛠️📏
Knowledge of metal properties (preferred)
3–5 years of relevant experience (preferred)
Forklift/tow motor experience is a plus 🚜
Top priority to candidates with experience on Cold-Forming Equipment:
