We’re teaming up with a **top-tier electro-mechanical repair company** in **Washington, PA** to find a driven and dynamic **Sales Manager** to join their growing team!
This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for building lasting client relationships. You’ll manage and grow a sales territory (covering parts of PA and WV), connect with new and existing clients, and help drive business through a wide range of electro-mechanical service and equipment offerings. You'll be equipped with the tools you need to succeed—company-provided laptop, phone, a monthly car allowance, and generous commission structure.

📍 **Location:** Washington, PA
💼 **Salary:** $55,000 base + $700/month car allowance + commissions
📅 **Schedule:** Full-time, Monday–Friday
📈 **Target Sales Volume:** $2–3 million annually
**Job Duties:**
- Manage and expand sales within a defined territory across PA and WV
- Identify and pursue new customer leads through cold calling, referrals, and territory research
- Schedule and attend customer appointments to promote company services and solutions
- Follow up on sales leads, quotes, and customer inquiries to secure business
- Work closely with the operations team to coordinate job pickups, inspections, and approvals
- Track and report on sales objectives, territory activity, and results
- Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate customer records and sales data
- Attend weekly team meetings and industry training as required
- Maintain a professional image and organized work routine, including vehicle and workspace upkeep
**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales, especially within industrial or technical services, is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to travel within a defined territory (PA/WV region)
- Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Willingness to attend weekly meetings and occasional training sessions
