Charleston Mancan is assisting a local Cross Lanes company seeking a Data Entry/Customer Service Representative position. This position will be part time initially and work into Full time Monday - Friday (approx 40 hours a week) This is a temp to perm opportunity. Pay is based on experience.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for answering phone calls and greeting customers in the showroom in a prompt and courteous manner. Will be entering invoices and tracking shipments and scheduling deliveries.

This role involves providing excellent customer support via phone, email, or chat, and accurately entering and updating data in company systems. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
