Mancan Staffing Agency is looking for a Facilities Operations Manager for a Property Management Company.
Starting Pay Rate is $30 to $38 depending on experience.
Monday thru Friday
8am to 5pm work schedule
MUST BE DEPENDABLE AND HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS PROVEN EXPERIENCE
Bilingual a plus, but not required
A Facilities Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining and overseeing a compannies grounds, building and equipment to ensure that a workplace is safe and functional. Their duties include but not limited to are negotiating contracts with service providers, inspecting facilities to meet safety regulations and coordinating renovations and updates Other common responsibilites are as follows:
Performing routine maintenance
Assigning cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members
Monitoring the cleanliness and safety of facility, both interior and exterior
Scheduling routine inspections and as needed repairs with outside cvendorscreating reports on maintenance, repairs, safety and other occurences for supervisors and other relevant staff
Preparing facilities for changing weather conditions
Collaborating with building owners and upper management on budgeting for facilities needs.
