📍 Location: Uhrichsville, OH
⏰ Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
💲 Pay: $22.00/hr to start, $25/hr upon hire
Job Summary:
We are seeking a mechanically inclined Lamination Operator to join our team! This role is responsible for operating and maintaining lamination equipment to produce high-quality laminated materials. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Responsibilities:
• Operate lamination machines and related equipment efficiently and safely
• Inspect materials for quality issues and ensure adherence to specifications
• Perform basic machine adjustments and troubleshooting
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with routine maintenance and minor repairs as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
