### **Position: Winder Operator**
**Shift:** 2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday,1:00PM to 1:30 AM
**Hours:**40 hours per week (some overtime expected)
**Pay:** $16.50/hr
### **Job Responsibilities:**
- Operate machines to wind slitted product into spiral-wound tubing
- Load and unload material from machines
- Perform general production duties as needed
- Maintain daily production goals and ensure product quality
### **Requirements:**
- Ability to pass a basic math and ruler measurement test
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Must meet daily production quotas
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
