Ashtabula industrial company is hiring for Treater Operators on 3rd shift. Hours will be Monday-Friday from 11pm-7:15am. Pay starts out at $17.40 an hour.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Have an interest in mechanics? Looking to learn something new and challenging? Not afraid to get your hands a little dirty? We are looking for self-motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as a Treater Operator. Opening is on 3rd, but you must be available to train for your first 2-3 weeks on 1st shift.
The ideal candidate will have:
High school diploma or equivalent education.
Ability to perform basic math and measurements.
Solid computer skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills to communicate effectively.
Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions and to deal with problems involving a few variables in standardized situations.
Experience working in fast pace, high change environment, with limited supervision.
Willingness to learn; on-site training provided.
Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.
Character and attitude are extremely important!
Additional Requirements:
Use and care of hand tools.
