CNC Programmer

Mansfield-area family-owned business seeking a skilled CNC Setup/Operator to join our team.
Monday-Thursday 3:15pm-1:15am
Friday 3:15pm-11:15
Pay $15.00-$25.00 per hour
Duties:
- Set up and operate CNC Mills and Lathes to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Use a variety of power tools and hand tools to assemble and disassemble components
- Inspect finished products using measuring tools and CMM if needed
- Tooling Selection, select appropriate tooling and cutting parameters for CNC machining operations.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, Setup Operator, or similar role
- Proficient in operating CNC machines and using various tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required
