Mancan Staffing, in partnership with a reputable construction company in the Cambridge area, is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join their team! This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience in concrete work who take pride in craftsmanship and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pour, spread, smooth, and finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
- Set forms and ensure proper alignment, depth, and pitch.
- Apply sealants and waterproofing treatments as needed.
- Operate power tools such as trowels, screeds, and vibrators to achieve the desired finish.
- Repair and resurface existing concrete structures.
- Follow blueprints and project specifications to ensure high-quality results.
- Work safely and follow all company and OSHA safety guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Prior experience as a Concrete Finisher or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of concrete mixing, pouring, and finishing techniques.
- Ability to use hand and power tools efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials.
- Reliable transportation to job sites in the Cambridge area.
Job Details
- Location: Cambridge, OH, and surrounding areas.
- Schedule: 7a-5p
- Pay Rate: Competitive $20-$25 per hour BOE
