**Job Description: Quality Control Inspector**
📍 **Location**: Newton Falls Area
💰 **Pay**: $16/hr (Temp to Hire)
⏰ **Shifts**: Must be available to work all 3 shifts
**Overview:**
We are looking for a dedicated **Quality Control Inspector** to join our team in the Newton Falls area. As a QC Inspector, you will play a key role in ensuring that all products meet our strict quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.
**Key Responsibilities:**
🔍 Conduct roving audits to monitor production quality at various stages
🛠️ Perform start-up inspections to ensure proper setup before production begins
📊 Maintain accurate and up-to-date inspection records and reports
⚙️ Use various inspection tools and equipment to monitor and measure product quality
📝 Identify any quality issues and work closely with the production team to resolve them
🔄 Assist in continuous improvement efforts to enhance product quality
**Qualifications:**
✔️ Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot discrepancies
✔️ Excellent hand dexterity for operating inspection tools and measuring instruments
✔️ Willingness to learn and operate new inspection equipment
✔️ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✔️ Must be available to work all 3 shifts (Day, Evening, Night)
