Job Title: Utility Worker (Temp-to-Hire, 3rd Shift)
Location: Millersburg, OH
Shift: 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday) (must train on 1st shift 8am-4pm for 2 weeks)
Hourly Rate: $16.00/hr
Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Utility Worker to join our team on 3rd shift (midnight – 8 AM, Sunday-Thursday) for a temp-to-hire opportunity. The successful candidate will play an integral role in supporting our production process and ensuring the facility remains clean and organized.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with setting up machines for production.
• Clean, wash, and dry parts.
• Perform visual inspections of parts for quality assurance.
• Handle basic janitorial duties, including sweeping floors and emptying trash.
• Operate rubber molding presses as needed.
Requirements:
• Ability to work 3rd shift (12:00 AM – 8:00 AM, Sunday-Thursday).
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is a plus.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $16.00/hr and the opportunity to transition to a permanent role with excellent growth potential.
