Mancan is proud to partner with a reputable manufacturing company in Mount Vernon, Ohio, offering an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing/Machine Operator. Join our team and become a crucial part of assembling sheet metal products for HVAC systems. This is a temp-to-hire position on the 3rd shift, with competitive compensation.
**Pay:** $17.95 per hour
**Job Duties:**
- Operate manufacturing machinery effectively and safely.
- Occasional lifting of up to 50lbs as required.
- Ability to bend, twist, pull, and grasp.
- Willingness to arrive on time and work hard.
- Adherence to safety guidelines and instructions.
- Perform all other assigned duties.
**Requirements:**
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work overtime as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug test and physical assessment.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.
- Previous machine operation experience is a plus.
- Ability to train on 1st shift before moving to 3rd shift.
