Quality Control Technician – Lake City, PA

Schedule:
📅 Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Part time-leading to full time.
Your Responsibilities:
🔹 Inspect and test products throughout production to maintain quality standards
🔹 Interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and blueprints
🔹 Select and test products at various production stages for accuracy and performance
🔹 Record and analyze test data using statistical procedures
🔹 Recommend adjustments to improve product quality
🔹 Perform both destructive and non-destructive testing as needed
🔹 Calibrate, inspect, and maintain measuring instruments and testing equipment
🔹 Identify and document non-conformances, assisting in corrective action processes
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 2-3 years of quality control experience or equivalent training
✔ Ability to interpret blueprints and use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
✔ Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality procedures
✔ Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
✔ Computer proficiency for data entry and analysis
✔ Ability to lift 25-50 lbs and stand for extended periods
