**Now Hiring: Maintenance Electrician – New Eagle & Donora**
Mancan Staffing is hiring for a **Manufacturing Facility** with locations in **New Eagle and Donora**! We are seeking a skilled **Maintenance Electrician** to support safe and efficient manufacturing operations.
⚡ **Key Responsibilities:**
✔ Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical circuits, motors, and drives
✔ Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on electrical and mechanical systems
✔ Install, commission, dismantle, and overhaul equipment using hand and power tools
✔ Work with PLCs, combustion circuits, and instrumentation (pressure, temperature, and flows)
✔ Fabricate custom components using lathe, milling machines, welding machines, and grinders
✔ Maintain facility utilities, including HVAC, power transmission, conveyors, air compressors, and gas burners
✔ Ensure all electrical functions are completed to code and maintain a clean, safe work environment
📌 **Position Requirements:**
✅ Formal electrical training (Associate’s, Apprenticeship, etc.)
✅ Minimum **4 years** of **Industrial Maintenance Experience**
✅ Knowledge of machinery installation, repair, and troubleshooting
✅ Proficient in reading **electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic diagrams**
✅ Strong mechanical aptitude and basic metal welding skills
✅ Ability to lift **up to 50 lbs** and work in physically demanding conditions
✅ Comfortable working at heights and in environments with airborne dust, vibrations, and moving machinery
✅ Willingness to work overtime as needed
⏰ **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, **7:00 AM - 3:30 PM**
💰 **Pay:** **Around $30/hour** (Based on experience)
