Salary: $50K - $60K per year

**What You Need to Bring to the Table:**
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN MANUFACTURING
✔ **High School Diploma/GED** required (Bachelor’s degree? Even better!)
✔ **2+ years of inside sales experience** (ERP systems experience is a plus!)
✔ **Comfort making cold calls** and talking to new people – confidence is key!
✔ **Excellent multitasking, organization, and time management skills**
✔ **A customer-first attitude** – you love helping people and solving problems
✔ **Strong computer skills** (Microsoft Office & CRM experience preferred)
✔ **Dependability** – show up, be on time, and be ready to make an impact!
**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
🔹 Take customer orders, assist outside sales reps, and track shipments
🔹 Provide accurate product knowledge and order status updates
🔹 Enter and manage sales orders like a pro
🔹 Expedite processing orders and dispatch shipments to customers
🔹 Coordinate with the shipping team to ensure smooth deliveries
