Job Title: Short-Term General Laborer
Location: Wooster, OH
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Duration: Temporary, days will vary
Are you ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute to an important short-term project? We are seeking motivated General Laborers to assist with a hands-on temporary assignment. This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and a strong work ethic to help complete key tasks efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Unload boxes by hand.
- Remove items from packaging as instructed.
- Re-skid and band boxes for organization and transport.
- Perform repetitive lifting of boxes weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete daily objectives.
- Follow all safety guidelines and company protocols.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed to support project completion.
**Qualifications:**
- Ability to **lift up to 50 lbs. repeatedly** throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Dependable with a **punctual attendance record**.
- Ability to follow instructions and meet project deadlines.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to contribute where needed.
