Mancan Staffing is on the hunt for a **motivated Lead Operator** to oversee production in a **fast-paced manufacturing facility** in **Donora, PA**! If you're a natural leader with a passion for efficiency and quality, we want you on our team!
💼 **Your Role:**
🔹 **Lead & coordinate** multiple departments for a smooth production flow
🔹 Oversee **setup & operation** of production line equipment
🔹 Conduct **quality checks** and gather product samples for inspection
🔹 Work with **cross-functional teams** to meet production targets

💪 **What We’re Looking For:**
🔸 **Leadership experience** in manufacturing or a related field (Must have lead or some supervisory experience)
🔸 Skilled in **scales, measuring tools, & basic math**
🔸 Experience with **material handling equipment** (forklifts, conveyors, etc.)
🔸 **Physical stamina** to lift up to 50 lbs & stand for long periods
🔸 Ability to work in **varied environmental conditions** (dust, vibrations, etc.)
