Filler/Packer needed on 1st shift Mentor, OH working from 6:30am to 5pm Monday-Thursday with OT on Fridays as needed. Pay starts at $20 an hour.

Your Responsibilities:
✔️ Accurately measure and fill products following batch instructions.
✔️ Label and stencil containers properly.
✔️ Filter, cap, and palletize materials as required.
✔️ Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
✔️ Record production details in the system.
✔️ Follow all safety and environmental regulations.
What We’re Looking For:
🔹 High school diploma or GED required.
🔹 Manufacturing experience is a MUST!
🔹 Experience in chemical mixing or process manufacturing is a plus.
🔹 Ability to safely operate industrial equipment.
🔹 Comfortable lifting up to 60 lbs. regularly (occasionally up to 90 lbs.).
🔹 Ability to wear a respirator and required PPE when needed.
Work Environment:
🏭 Factory setting with exposure to moving machinery, fumes, and loud noise.
🌡️ Work area is not air-conditioned – must be comfortable in a manufacturing setting.
