Mancan is partnering with a thriving Tallmadge company to find skilled manufacturers to join their die-cutting team! If you have die-cutting experience, a willingness to learn, and enjoy working with your hands, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7AM - 3PM
Pay Rate: $16.64/hr
Requirements: High school diploma or GED, plus some die-cutting experience
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist with setting up and shutting down die-cutting equipment
Follow work tickets and blueprints to produce quality parts
Assemble boxes and package materials
Inspect and cut foam with precisin
Maintain efficiency to keep production running smootly
What We’re Looking For:
Die-cutting experience (a must!)
Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
Comfortable lifting 1-35 lbs
Willingness to learn and cross-train
