**Job Description: E-Coat Maintenance Technician**
📍 **Location**: Niles, Ohio
💰 **Pay**: $17/hr (Temp to Hire)
⏰ **Shift**: M-F, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Mandatory OT & On-call 6 days/week, 8-12 hour shifts)

**Key Responsibilities:**
🛠️ **Routine Maintenance & Repairs**: Perform regular maintenance and repairs on equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.
🚜 **Forklift Operation**: Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to move materials or equipment.
🧹 **Work Environment**: Keep the maintenance area clean, organized, and free from hazards.
📞 **Maintenance Requests**: Respond quickly to maintenance requests, including during after hours or on call.
⚠️ **Safety First**: Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
📝 **Documentation**: Accurately document all maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and any issues.
**Qualifications:**
✔️ **Mechanically inclined** with strong troubleshooting and repair skills
✔️ Previous experience in maintenance or related field (E-Coat experience a plus)
✔️ Ability to **operate a forklift** safely and efficiently
✔️ **Strong attention to detail** and organizational skills
✔️ **Impeccable attendance record** and a willingness to work overtime and be on call
✔️ **Good communication skills** for documenting and reporting maintenance activities
