**Job Title: Warehouse Worker**
**Location:** Wooster
**Shift:** Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (First Shift)
**Pay Rate:** $16/hr to start, with the potential to increase based on performance.
**Job Description:**
We are a small, family-owned business looking for motivated, reliable, and dependable warehouse workers to join our team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks such as assembly, packaging, machine operation, and operating pallet or electric jacks. Once hired in, you will also receive forklift training to further enhance your skills.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform assembly and packaging of products accurately and efficiently.
- Operate machinery as needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Operate pallet or electric jacks for moving materials throughout the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Cross-train in different areas of the warehouse to support other departments as needed.
- Ensure all work is performed with attention to safety and quality.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Reliable, self-motivated, and dependable.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn new tasks and be cross-trained in various roles.
- Must be able to follow instructions and adhere to company policies.
- Must be able to lift and move items as needed.
- Comfortable operating pallet or electric jacks.
**Additional Information:**
- This is a non-smoking facility. Smoking at designated areas or in personal vehicles.
- **Pay increase structure**:
- Starting at $16/hr.
- After the first 30 days, pay increases to $17.50/hr based on attendance, performance, and attitude.
- After 60 days (90 days total), pay increases to $20/hr based on continued success and performance.

- Once hired in, you will receive training to operate a forklift, enhancing your skillset and growth opportunities.
