MancanStaffing is looking for a kind well spoken individual to work in the Medical Call Center of a well established and busy medical practice.
Pay rate depends on experience - $16 to $20
full time
Heavy Call Volume
Answering customer phone calls and providing them with the information that they request
Resolving customer complaints in a fair manner
Elevating customer concerns to managers and supervisors as needed
Becoming knowledgeable about the company’s offerings
Providing exceptional customer support in every phone call
Conducting patient satisfaction calls and acting as patient advocate to resolve questions or concerns
Ensuring to follow an issue through to its conclusion
Building and maintaining relationships with locations, patients, and referral sources.
