Key Responsibilities
Design & Development: Assist in designing equipment, selecting electrical components, and creating wiring schematics and panel layouts.
Technical Support: Provide field service, troubleshoot, and help install equipment at customer sites.
Customer Engagement: Interact with customers via phone, email, and in person to ensure satisfaction.
Collaboration: Work with sales and engineering teams to optimize product solutions.
Travel: Occasional travel for equipment evaluation and customer support.
Requirements
✔ Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience.
✔ Willingness to learn PLC and HMI communication (training provided)
.✔ Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
✔ Ability to work independently and in a team.
✔ Proactive mindset with project ownership.
✔ Willingness to travel as needed.
