Mill Operator

Mancan is working with a company in Killbuck seeking a candidate to work in their Mill Room. These are full-time, temp-to-hire positions on 1st shift.
Hourly Pay: $16.00
Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 4:30 am - 4 pm with some Saturdays as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely set up and operate the mixer according to production specifications.
- Accurately measure and weigh ingredients using scales.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations as needed for ingredient measurements and adjustments.
- Must be able to stand, lift, and bend for the entire shift. This is a very physically demanding position in a hot and dirty environment.
- Lift and move loads weighing up to 50 pounds.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
