Electrical Assembly

Chesterland Facility is looking for an Electrical Assembler!
Shift time: 1st shift 8am-4:30pm Monday-Friday
Pay: $18-$20hr based on experience
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
🛠️ Assemble electrical and mechanical components following blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
🔌 Perform wiring, soldering, and crimping to connect electrical components accurately.
✅ Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.
⚠️ Identify and report defective components or assembly issues to supervisors.
🔩 Utilize hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment as required.
🏗️ Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines and company policies.
🤝 Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality requirements.
📌 Perform other duties as assigned.
🎓 Qualifications:
🏭 Previous experience in electrical assembly or manufacturing preferred.
📜 Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
⚙️ Basic understanding of electrical components and wiring procedures.
🔍 Strong attention to detail and quality control.
🔨 Proficiency with hand tools, soldering irons, and testing equipment.
💡 Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or in a team.
📚 Education Requirements:
🎓 High school diploma or equivalent.
