**Hourly Rate:** $24 per hour
**Hours:** 8:30 AM - 1:30 PM
**Assignment Duration:** 2 Days
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional for a short-term, two-day assignment to assist with data entry for our Accounts Payable department. The successful candidate will have previous experience in accounts payable and will be responsible for accurately inputting invoice details and ensuring proper coding for payments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Assist with data entry for accounts payable transactions
- Verify and match invoices to purchase orders and receipts
- Ensure accurate coding of invoices in the system
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
- Assist with general administrative tasks as needed for the Accounts Payable team
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all data entry tasks
**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Resume required for consideration
