Mancan Staffing is hiring a **Maintenance Mechanic** for a **top-tier electro-mechanical repair company** in **Washington, PA**! If you're **mechanically inclined**, enjoy hands-on work, and want to build a stable career, this is the opportunity for you!
🛠 **Job Details:
- **Full-time** position (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
- **Salary**: $25-$35 per hour, based on experience
🔧 **Responsibilities:
- **Repair and service motors**, including a wide range of industrial equipment
- Use **tools** and mechanical knowledge to **diagnose and fix equipment issues**
⚙️ **Requirements:
- Proven **work history** (no frequent job changes)
- **Mechanically inclined** with strong troubleshooting skills
MUST HAVE familiarity in reading blueprints and technical drawing, parts breakdown.
MUST HAVE experience in rebulding pumps.
- **Experience repairing AC/DC motors** is a plus!
- **Electric motor and electric pump** repair experience is a bonus
