**💼 Essential Job Functions:**
- Complete daily paperwork & update documentation
- Process ingredients & conduct product testing
- Calibrate scales & perform equipment inspections
- Daily machine cleaning & monitor automated wash systems
- Maintain GMP policies (handwashing, clean uniforms, hairnets, etc.)
- Perform preventative maintenance & support food safety programs
**⏰ Schedule:** Full-Time | **12-Hour Shifts**
Week 1: M,Tu,Fri,Sa
Week 2: Su, W, Th
**💰 Pay:** $21/Hour
**📍 Location:** Minerva, OH
**✅ Required Skills:**
- Strong attention to detail & mechanical aptitude
- Effective communication (verbal & written)
- Ability to prioritize sanitation, quality, and safety
- Food industry experience preferred
