Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Position Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will act as a liaison between our customers and various internal departments to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain strong relationships. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and possess excellent communication skills to represent our company in the best possible way.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, order status, product information, and any issues or concerns.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and other departments to ensure customer orders are processed and delivered on time.
• Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints, determining the cause of the issue, and selecting the best solution.
• Process and track orders, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records in the system, including updates to order status, delivery schedules, and customer feedback.
• Assist in resolving product or service complaints by providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Keep customers informed about product availability, shipping timelines, and any changes that may affect their orders.
• Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure their issues have been resolved to satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Ability to remain calm and effective when dealing with challenging customer situations.
