Process / Tooling Change Technicians – 2nd shift Alliance per hour
Technical Skills
1. Mechanical Aptitude:
Understanding of machine mechanics and tool operation.
Machine maintenance background is highly beneficial
2. Tool Setup and Maintenance:
Proficiency in setting up, calibrating, and maintaining tools.
Experience with changing tools efficiently to minimize downtime.
3. Troubleshooting Skills:
Diagnosing and resolving machine or tool-related issues.
Identifying defects in products and adjusting the process accordingly.
4. Basic Machining and Repairs:
Knowledge of basic machining operations, such as drilling, milling, and grinding, for tool adjustments.
Ability to perform minor repairs or modifications to tools and equipment.
Soft Skills
1. Attention to Detail:
Ensuring tools are properly aligned and installed to maintain product quality.
2. Problem-Solving Ability:
Quickly analyzing issues in production and implementing solutions.
3. Communication Skills:
Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless production transitions.
4. Adaptability:
Flexibility to work on various SKUs and learn new processes or equipment.
Experience and Training
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is highly beneficial.
• Certifications in mechanical or manufacturing-related fields can be an advantage.
