Job Title: Electrical Assembler – Control Systems & Building Automation
Overview:
Mancan has partnered with a company in Marshallville seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to specialize in control panel wiring, building automation, and temperature control systems. This role requires an individual with a strong IT background, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of temperature controls. Candidates with prior experience in PLC, electronic assembly, or HVAC systems are highly preferred.
Schedule:
• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Pay: $20–$30/hour, based on experience
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform control panel wiring and assembly of complex industrial instrumentation.
• Utilize strong motor skills, mechanical aptitude, and expertise with power and hand tools.
• Assist in building and installing temperature control systems and other building automation projects.
• Ensure the work area remains clean, safe, and organized.
• Collaborate effectively with team members as a reliable contributor.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
• Education:
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Electronic/Trade School certification or higher education in electronics or mechanical systems (preferred)
• Experience:
- 1–2 years of relevant work experience, or a combination of education and experience
- Familiarity with PLC systems, electronic assembly, or HVAC systems is a plus
• Skills:
- Proficient in using power and hand tools
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and temperature control mechanisms
• Other Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
