**Job Description – Orrville, OH**
We are seeking **General Laborers, Friction Stir Weld Operators, Extrusion Operators, and Rolling Mill Operators** to join a well-established company in Orrville, Ohio. These positions are available on **1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts**, with training conducted on **1st shift 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM 2nd shift 3:00p-1130p, 3rd shift 11:00p-730a. Overtime is on Saturday/Sunday.
### **Pay Structure**
- **Starting Pay:** $19/hour during training on 1st shift.
- **Post-Training Pay:** $21.50/hour upon transitioning to your assigned shift.
### **Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar environment is a plus.
- Ability to use basic hand tools (e.g., grinders, sanders, wrenches) effectively.
- Familiarity with measuring devices (e.g., tape measures, calipers) and ability to read measurements accurately.
- Physical stamina and strength to lift and move materials as needed.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and precision.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing job requirements.
### **Working Conditions:**
- Full-time position, with occasional overtime as required.
- Work environment may involve exposure to noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
- PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) provided and required.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
- Must be able to work **overtime as needed**.
- **Saturday shifts** are mandatory.
- Execute assigned tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
