Mancan is currently looking for an accountant for a client in Bonita. The accountant is responsible for the company's financial records and statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and tax returns. The accountant will also prepare tax returns and ensure taxes are paid on time.
Responsibilities:
• Financial records: Maintain financial records, including the general ledger, and ensure they comply with laws and regulations
• Financial statements: Prepare financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Taxes: Calculate taxes owed, prepare tax returns, and ensure taxes are paid on time
• Audits: Assist outside auditors with annual audits by gathering account information and documents
• Reconciling: Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, and accounts payable
• Cost accounting: Perform cost accounting and job costing
• Payroll: Calculate employee paychecks
• Budgeting: Monitor company budgets
• Financial analysis: Analyze financial operations, identify risks, and make recommendations

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Expertise in financial modeling and advanced Excel functions
• Must have 5 years of relative experience
