✅ **Manage & support sales reps**, ensuring top performance

🎯 **What We’re Looking For:
✔️ **Proven experience** as a Regional Sales Engineer, Area Manager, or similar role
✔️ **Strong business acumen** & market trend analysis skills
✔️ **Proficiency in Microsoft Office & CRM software**
✔️ **Excellent communication & leadership skills**
✔️ **Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field**
✔️ **Willingness to travel (up to 35%)**
