**About the Role:**
We are seeking a **self-motivated Regional Sales Engineer** to support and drive sales efforts within the assigned territory. This role involves regular visits to customers and sales representatives to ensure the successful implementation of sales strategies and the achievement of sales goals. You will sell directly to commercial, industrial, and other establishments, addressing mechanical, electromechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment needs.
As a Regional Sales Engineer, you will:
- Create sales forecasts aligned with business objectives.
- Support and evaluate sales representatives’ performance.
- Participate in monthly sales meetings and trade shows.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyze regional market trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Suggest innovative strategies and services to meet sales goals.
- Resolve potential issues promptly and efficiently.
**Candidate Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Engineer, Area Manager, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Strong understanding of business operations and market trends.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and support sales representatives effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 35% as required.
**Compensation and Benefits:**
- **Salary:** Starting at $60,000 annually, plus commission.
- **Employment Type:** Full-time.
