Physical Requirements: Ability to lift between 75 pounds throughout your shift.
As a General Laborer, you'll be involved in various tasks such as sorting castings off conveyors, operating sand mixing machines, making molds, and inspecting finished products. While forklift operation is rare, we provide certification for interested employees.
Our needs will determine what shift you will work, so you must be open to either 1st or 3rd. 1st shift timings (5:30 AM - 4:00 PM) during the training phase, with potential Friday shifts (5:30 AM - 2:00 PM) 3rd shift runs from Sunday night to Wednesday night (7:00 PM - 5:30 AM), with the potential for Thursday night overtime.
A high school diploma or GED is essential. Valid Drivers license with no more than 2 points, no DUI's in 7 years.
Compensation begins at $18.50 per hour, A compelling incentive includes an $850 attendance bonus every 4 months, translating to an extra $1.44 per hour or $3,000 annually.
