Mancan Staffing is hiring for a leading manufacturing facility in Wheeling, WV, specializing in the production of metal parts for various industries. We are currently seeking skilled and detail-oriented Industrial Painters to join our team and contribute to the production of high-quality finished products. This job includes preparing, priming, and finishing metal parts. The ideal candidate should have experience in industrial painting, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare metal surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying appropriate primers.
• Operate painting equipment, including spray guns, to apply coatings to metal parts.
• Ensure the even application of paint and the adherence to quality standards.
• Inspect painted surfaces for defects and make necessary touch-ups or corrections.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an Industrial Painter, with expertise in paint prep, priming, and finishing on metal surfaces.
• Knowledge of various painting techniques and coatings.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and specifications.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
