Mancan Staffing is hiring for a leading manufacturing facility in Wheeling, WV, specializing in the production of large parts for various industries. We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Machinists to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our operations.
This job includes operating CNC and manual mills/lathes to fabricate large parts based on engineering blueprints. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in machining, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate CNC and manual mills/lathes to produce precision parts.
• Interpret and work from engineering blueprints to meet product specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Machinist, with expertise in operating CNC and manual mills/lathes.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in the use of precision measuring instruments.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, alternating between 7 am - 3:30 pm and 3:30 pm - 12 am every two weeks.
