Mancan Staffing is hiring for a leading manufacturing facility in Wheeling, WV, specializing in the production of large parts for various industries. We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated Welders to join our team and contribute to the fabrication of high-quality products. This job includes utilizing MIG and TIG welding techniques to fabricate large parts according to engineering blueprints. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in welding, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various materials to create large parts as per specifications.
• Interpret and work from engineering blueprints to ensure accurate and precise welding.
• Set up welding equipment, including selecting appropriate welding tools and adjusting settings.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Welder with strong skills in MIG, any TIG experience is a huge plus!
• Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficient in the use of welding equipment and tools.
• Flexibility to work on a rotating schedule, alternating between 7 am - 3:30 pm and 3:30 pm - 12 am every two weeks.
