**Job Title:** Belter Operator
**Work Hours & Schedule:**
- Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
**Pay:**
-BOE- $15.50- $16.50
**Responsibilities:**
- Sand manufactured parts to remove burrs and prepare surfaces for further finishing operations.
- Select the appropriate grit sanding belt tailored to material types and finishing requirements.
- Perform tasks in adherence to production standards, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Complete all required paperwork promptly and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate with minimal supervision, applying provided guidance and instructions for new assignments.
