Mancan Staffing is hiring Skilled Laborers for a fabrication shop in Donora, PA! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with hands-on experience in fabrication, grinding, or equipment operation.
Position Overview:
We are looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and relevant skills to support fabrication processes. Experience with forklifts, cranes, or grinding tools is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate grinding tools and other equipment
• Assist with fabrication processes as needed
• Safely operate forklifts or cranes (if experienced)
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with overtime opportunities available
• Pay: Starting at $15.00 per hour, with potential adjustments based on experience
• Type: Full-time, temp-to-permanent
Requirements:
• Experience in a fabrication shop is highly preferred
• Knowledge of grinding tools, forklift, or crane operation is a plus
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn
